Being part of BTF2027 means having a say in the conversation

The Bermeo Tuna Forum brings together those who are making decisions about the future of the global tuna industry.

Over three days, we bring together industry, science, institutions, cities and regions to analyse the scenarios for the coming decade and turn the conversation into lasting commitments.

Organisations that sponsor the Forum do more than simply gain visibility. They join an international network, take part in a strategic conversation and support a process that begins before the event and continues afterwards.

The Forum brings together institutions, international organisations, tuna-fishing cities, the scientific community, companies, industry professionals and specialist media.

Sustainability is not treated as a corporate message, but as a responsibility that must be implemented, measured and reviewed.

The relationship with the Forum begins with the involvement of the sponsoring organisation and continues through its channels, content, events and subsequent materials.

BTF2027 combines the international forum in Bilbao with the local experience of Bermeo. This combination fosters professional conversations and relationships that are rarely found in a conventional format.

The Forum does not end on May 2nd. The commitments, relationships and content remain active until the next edition.

A relationship that adapts to the level of involvement

Each membership tier offers a different way of engaging with the Forum.

Depending on the tier chosen, the organisation can access:

  • visibility in BTF2027’s communications and venues;
  • passes to experience the full programme;
  • participation in professional networking spaces;
  • visibility in La Plaza;
  • association with programme content or sessions;
  • professional, cultural and gastronomic experiences;
  • access to the Forum’s international network;
  • ongoing presence in subsequent communication channels;
  • impact reports and follow-up.

Details of each level are set out in the sponsorship dossier.

Four ways to be involved

We do not view the levels as a catalogue of logos. Each one defines a distinct relationship with the Forum, its network and the process we are building.

A programme to establish a presence, connect and begin a relationship with the Forum.

A way to get involved, connect and build a relationship with the Forum.

Collaboration begins from the moment the agreement is signed

Being part of BTF2027 allows you to establish a relationship with the Forum ahead of the event.

Sponsoring organisations are progressively integrated into:

  • the website and communication materials;
  • the Forum’s editorial channels;
  • international promotion;
  • pre-event meetings;
  • preparations for their presence;
  • the experience in Bilbao and Bermeo;
  • post-event content and materials.

It is not simply a matter of being visible for three days. It is about building a consistent presence throughout the entire process.

The forum is already underway

Sponsors are brought on board progressively, and some tiers have a limited number of places.

This is not a matter of creating artificial scarcity, but rather of ensuring the consistency and value of each tier.

The sooner an organisation joins, the more time it has to establish its presence, prepare for its participation and make the most of its connection with the Forum’s network.

Let’s discuss how your organisation can get involved

Tell us who you are, what type of organisation you represent and what level of involvement you’d like to explore.
