Senior Scientist at ISSF with more than 25 years of experience in fish biology/ecology, population dynamics, assessment and management.
He currently serves on the Scientific Committee of the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT) and the Indian Ocean Tuna Commission (IOTC) and is the chair of the IOTC Electronic Monitoring Working Group and the IOTC Methods Working Group.
